"Great service and worth every penny"
The cost is a fantastic deal and the process of ordering and paying is straightforward. The email updates about my order are top-notch. Delivery is speedy, and it's reassuring to know that if I'm not around, a card will be left in my mailbox instead of just being dropped on the porch. (That’s a plus!) I can't honestly write a review since my item hasn't shown up yet. I've shot off an email but haven't heard back. They say the product is on its way, but I'm having a tough time tracking it. I'll wait a few more days before I give them a call. Other places usually provide tracking info that lets you see every step, but this one ain't doing it for me.

"A mixed bag of experiences."
I've been quite impressed with how quickly they respond to emails. That was super important for me since it helped clear up a question about my card number. But here's the kicker: I placed my order over a week ago, and I'm still waiting on those 2 packets of Ear Tone tablets, even though the cash has already been deducted from my account. I've had to follow up to get the tracking info. I really depend on these tablets to manage my severe tinnitus, and just a few days without them makes a big difference. Last time I ordered from Amazon, they always showed up within 24 hours.
